Because each crystal, mineral, and natural treasure is unique, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we want your order to arrive safely and exactly as expected. If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at elementalpeacebyjandk@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and its packaging

We will review the information and work with you to make things right. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement when available or issue a refund. Please keep the item and all original packaging until we have completed our review.

Natural variations in color, pattern, texture, inclusions, and formation are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered damage. Whenever an individual specimen is pictured, you will receive the exact piece shown.
